These terms apply to text messages between you and Trackline Equipment LLC. By giving us your mobile number, or by replying to a text from us, you agree to these terms.
We buy used heavy equipment from owners. Our texts ask whether you have machinery you want to sell, answer your questions about a machine you are selling, and carry the back and forth of that conversation — details, photographs, location and condition.
We do not send third party advertising, and we do not text you on behalf of anyone else.
Message frequency varies. It depends on the conversation. If you are not selling anything, you will usually hear from us once.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for texts; your mobile carrier may, according to your plan.
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. That takes effect immediately and permanently. You will get one confirmation from the carrier, and then nothing further from us at that number.

STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT all work. We keep a record of your opt-out so that we do not contact you again by mistake.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and messages may be delayed or blocked by your carrier or your device.
We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties. Your number is not sold, rented, or passed to anyone for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
